Although there have been reports that 3 Peace has never recorded a studio CD, there have been some bootlegs reportedly located at a local music store. * You may notice some similarities to other popular bands cover art, and this has not sat well with 3 Peace, who is currently in litigation with these bands. The band has filed suit with Aerosmith, Motley Crue, Van Halen, and Def Leppard. The band is suing for copyright infringement and expects a judgment in the near future. Here are the hard to find recordings : "Get a Nip", "Theatre of PARN", "Hysterical", "No Smoking", "Bites Live", and "1974".


"Get a Nip" Aerosmith - uses this cover art for their "Get a Grip" CD. Steven Tyler was quoted as saying,"3 Peace who?"	"Theatre of PARN" Motley Crue utilizes this cover art for their "Theatre of Pain" and drummer Tommy Lee was heard saying,"F@$k 'em!"	"Hysterical" Def Leppard's "Hysteria" tops the charts while stealing this 3 Peace cover. Some say the drummer's accident was no accident. Hmmmmmmm.

"Blue Flame" Robert Plant of Led Zepplin has filed suit against 3 Peace for using the Hindenburg photo as cover art for their "Blue Flame" CD. 'Jimmy Page said, "Who gives a shit!".	"Bites Live" The Scorpions use this cover for their "Live Bites" CD, while 3 Peace records this at an empty Pennison's Bar calling it "Bites Live", due to their sucking performance.	"1974" This cover was used by Van Halen for their multi-platinum album. Not only does VH utilize cover.art, but calls their album "1984". David Lee Roth tells the press, "It was all Ed and Al's idea."
